THE ECIS is one of the busiest golf competitions for ladies in the region featuring 39 clubs fielding ladies teams each week in the East Cheshire League matches in the Business Ladies, A, B and Plate teams coving a wide range of golfing abilities.

There will be in the region of 100 teams involved with several hundred players beginning a very busy programme in April 2022.

The divisions are varied each year so that players can enjoy playing on different courses in the group games.

Their aim is to triumph in their respective divisions to go through the knock out stages before playing in the semi-finals with High Legh Park hosting the finals days in mid September.

The winners of each section then go on to play the West Cheshire winners at Royal Liverpool GC with the winners becoming the County Team Champions.
