Cheshire clubs nominated for England Golf Awards

The annual England Golf Awards for 2024, which coincide with EG’s centenary, feature 3 Cheshire clubs who have been shortlisted for awards.

Heswall Golf Club is nominated for the Sustainability Project of the Year

Melissa Clapham (Romiley) and Abby Frodsham (Wallasey) are two of three nominations for the Volunteer of the Year award.

This is tremendous news for Cheshire, particularly following Hazel Grove winning the Club of the Year in 2022. Good luck to all!

The awards will be presented at the England Golf Centenary Dinner & Awards evening at the Midland Manchester Hotel on Tuesday 13 February.
