Barbara Jamieson to be Senior Captain in 2024

Barbara grew up in a sporting family and started playing golf at the age of 12. She was a member of Otley Golf Club in West Yorkshire for 25 years and during the 1990’s represented Yorkshire at both junior and full county level. In 2005 she moved to Cheshire and became a member of Heswall Golf Club and was Ladies’ Captain in 2014. She was Cheshire Ladies Senior Champion in 2018 and won the St Andrews Links Strathyrum Trophy in 2021. Barbara is extremely qualified to take on this role

Barbara says ‘It will be a great honour to be Cheshire Seniors’ Captain in 2024 and I hope to build on the success that Cheshire has enjoyed over recent years.”
