Top coach John enjoys his time in Japan

John with the England Girls group as they compete in the 31st Toyota Junior Golf World Cup in Toyota City.

John Watson has been a highly respected golf at Styal Golf Club and has also coached Cheshire county and national juniors for many years.

In 2024 John enjoyed coaching England Girls u16 team who won Home Internationals and European Girls Team Championships in Sweden and he was rewarded for their success by winning the England Performance Coach of the Year Award.

He is now with the England Girls group as they compete in the 31st Toyata Junior Golf World Cup in Toyota City.

John said: ”This is a great experience both for myself and the girls at what is probably the greatest junior event in the world and I am sure that we all benefit from taking part.”
