Junior Championship at Bramall Park

This year’s Under 16s and Under 14s Championships were hosted by Bramall Park Golf Club.

The course was in fine condition, and presented a really good test for Cheshire’s up-and-coming golfers.

Winner of the Under 16s event was Boys’ team member Laurent Beech (Eaton GC), who shot a very impressive one under par total of 69, three strokes ahead of Jasper Hughes (Wilmslow)

The Under 14s competition winner was Jasper Hughes with an impressive 73. Harvey Taylor was second with 76.

In the overall nett competition, Harvey Taylor (Prestbury) won with a 66, on a card play-off from Jasper Hughes.

Our thanks to Bramall Park for their tremendous support in hosting this year’s championship.
