It is with great sadness that we have to report the passing of Brian Nattrass who died peacefully on Tuesday 3rd February after a lengthy illness. Brian was a very capable and popular Cheshire Union Secretary and President.
Brian had a considerable influence within the Cheshire Union. Firstly, he was the County Secretary from 1995-2003, this was coupled with being the County Union President in 2001.
At club level Brian was Captain of Chester Golf Club in 1988 and given the honour of being Chester’s President in 2001, the year of their Centenary.
Latterly, Brian moved from Chester to North Wales and became a member of Maesdu Golf Club in Llandudno.
He is survived by his wife Linda and sons Mark and Paul.
