Double Ace for Cheshire Couple in Mauritius

Husband and Wife both get hole in 1s in on the same day at Belle Mare Plage in Mauritius

On 30 November Martyn Elly and Linda Moore, husband and wife were playing golf at the Links Course at Belle Mare Plage in Mauritius. Both players got a hole in 1 on the same day at the same course. It was the first hole in 1 for Martyn, a member at Werneth Low GC, and second for Linda who previously had a hole in 1 in 2022 at her home course of Romiley. Linda struck first on the 9th hole, a 115 metres par 3 and Martyn followed on the 14th hole. Both were given certificates to mark the occasion and they celebrated at the clubhouse bar. A holiday Martyn and Linda will never forget. Congratulations to you both.
