Early season success for Jill

Jill Hughes, handicap 17.0, has enjoyed a great start to the new season at Prestbury Golf Club.

She was presented with the first trophy of the season, The Margaret Smith Salver by Lady Captain Caroline Harrison Croft.

The trophy is awarded to the player with the four best net scores in 2024.

It means that Jill now goes forward to the England Golf Regional Qualifier for the ‘Road to Woodhall Spa hosted by Stockport Golf Club in june to the delight of Caroline and the ladies at Prestbury.
