It is with sadness that we advise of the passing of Mrs Judith Evans, wife of Nigel Evans OBE Former President of England Golf, on Friday May 29th.
Judith was a past Lady Captain and the first ever Lady President of Runcorn GC and a Life Member.
She was Cheshire Senior Ladies Captain in 2008.
Judith had a keen interest in County Golf and through her own active roles and those of her husband Nigel, she will be remembered by many.

The semi-final and final of the Senior Men’s Matchplay Championship was held at Prenton GC in wall-to-wall sunshine after playing the qualifying round and early knock out rounds the previous week.
