Presidential Double

Wendy has an excellent pedigree, having first served as County Handicap Adviser from 1993-2015 and County Captain in 2004. Her national honours have included being the Cheshire representative on England Executive from 1999-2002, Chairman of England 2002, Chairman England Rules & Regulations Committee 1999-2002, National Handicap Committee 2004-2012, and England representative on CONGU Committee 2004-2012. Wendy is also an R&A Qualified Rules Official and has refereed at the Curtis Cup, R&A Regional Open Qualifying, European and National and County Championships.

She classes her highlights in her many years of service to the game of golf as being Chairman of England, and refereeing at the Curtis Cup, and she also went to the Queens Garden Party in July 2010 representing Women’s Golf, plus of course her two Presidential roles. What a star!
