Portal and Pryors Hayes were eliminated in the SF leaving Delamere Forest and Wallasey to thrash it out between themselves. And what a Final they gave us! Some great golf was played, Wallasey Pair 1 won 4 and 3, Delamere Pair 3 also won which meant it fell to Pair 2 from each Club to get to the 18th before the comp was concluded. AÂ magnificent 30 ft putt from off the green, for a birdie, sealed the win for Wallasey.
Esme Graham enjoyed a great win at Astbury Golf Club winning the Cheshire Girls Championship where she picked up two trophies.
