Home advantage pays for Eaton Ladies

76 players competed in the Cheshire Taylor Made Team Championship final held at Eaton Golf Club on Sunday 29th September. Each player received a towel embroidered with the CCLGA logo (future collectors items!) and some golf balls donated from our generous sponsors Taylor Made.
Huge congratulations to Eaton’s Jane Wilkinson, Denise Lamont and Louise Bryce who, alongside Cheshire player Sophie Beardsall won with a tremendous score of 81 points.

Runners-up were the Vicars Cross team of Sue Fox, Natalie Osborne and Eleanor Walker and Cheshire player Sue Oldham with a score of 80.

A putting competition was held for Cheshire players and this was won by Amy Toft from Chester Golf Club. The competition amongst the other players was won by Vicars Cross’s Natalie Osborne.

Many thanks to the staff and members of Eaton Golf Club who were excellent hosts as always and helped Cheshire Golf put on a fabulous event.
