Ringway Juniors put on Great Show

Ringway Golf Club have long held great links with Cheshire Golf for many years with players and officials at all ages and genders enjoying and contributing to the county experience

Ringway put on a great junior presentation night with over 90 people in attendance with Cheshire Chairman Cleve McCurdy and U14 organiser Graham McCormack enjoying the night with several Cheshire junior players picking up awards and looking forward to another season of county golf.

Plenty of tropies presented during the evening.

In 2025 Cheshire Boys, captained by Cole Self of Ringway won the national county championship and stepping up as the new Ringway Junior Captain is Ellis Courtnell.

Graham McCormack said: “It was great to see the Ringway juniors, Lawson Yates, Emily and Lydia McCauley, Ben Davies and Alex Le who are regulars for Cheshire Junior teams receiving club awards and we look forward to welcoming them to the Junior Squads in 2026 where we are working hard to set up the programme for 2026 which will soon be revealed in full.”
