This weekend at Delemere Forest Golf Club we are holding the 100th Mens County Championship, a hugely important date in our calendar. Due to circumstances beyond our control we urgently need Ball Spotters to help us on Friday (tomorrow) and/or Saturday. Can you help? Cheshire Players Earn Prestigious Representative Honours Cheshire Golf has received the excellent news that junior golfers Cole Self (English Boys) and Morgan Bollan (Welsh Girls) have been selected for national squads competing in this summer's European Championship programme. Congratulations also to Cheshire golfers Sara Spencer and Cath Rawthore on their selection to represent the North of England at the Northern Counties Veterans' Ladies' Golf Association Jamboree at Worthing in August 2026. #cheshiregolf

Cheshire's Senior men took on a strong Durham team in the Northern Counties League at Prestbury. Cheshire won 12-6 with a tremendous all-round performance. An opportunity has arisen for a GOLF DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR Cheshire Golf Limited is looking for a passionate and committed individual to join its Board as Golf Development Director. With 95 affiliated clubs and more than 45,000 golfers, Cheshire is one of the most active golfing counties in England. Supporting golfers and maintaining strong relationships with them is essential to our success. This is a voluntary role supported by the Junior Team Managers, and a Committee. You will lead the efforts to grow the game in the county to identify and prioritise initiatives relevant to increasing golf participation in Cheshire.
